Advanced Search Developer Preview - JSON support
mark.byers

In the next version of mydigitalstructure.com onDemand we're making it even easier for developers.

Currently we support "requests for data" using the XML format.

In the next release we'll also support "requests" using the much simpler JSON format.

This will make building apps on top of mydigitalstructure.com even faster.

As a developer if you want to prepare than have a look at:

All feedback welcome @ community.mydigitalstructure.com

mark.byers

mydigitalstructure.com has now been listed on the programmableweb.com website.

If you create an app based on mydigitalstructure.com or mydigitalspace "onDemand", then feel free to list it at http://www.programmableweb.com/api/mydigitalstructure as a "mashup".

Options for building apps with mydigitalstructure
mark.byers

http://mydigitalstructure.com/gettingstarted_build_options lists the 6 different common options you can use to build apps on mydigitalstructure - from doing nothing through to a fully architected app.

Also, all these options are highly compatible with existing classic mydigitalspace applications - so you can incrementally add this functionality to any application built on the ibCom framework over the last 12 years!
